Most people and professionals in the world just want a machine to do their work and are not intrested in learning progamming or command lines to do it. Nurses, doctors and surgeons, non-computer engineers, artists, business managers, …etc, are too busy and occupied to even change the defaut settings or uninstall anything that comes with windows not because they love it but becuse not intrested and don’t care. Add to those groups most, actually all, girls I’ve ever met in my life. They have different hobbies and learning OSes is not of them. iphones cannot temporarily disable apps, cannot prevent specific apps from accessing network, cant spoof live location sharing, cannot even multi-window several apps at once. those are 4 simple examples which I personally find very helpful which all androids can do for more than 10 years already while iphone cant.

you can optimize your android device battery in ways iphones cant. For example you cant disable or remove any system app consuming your battery in iPhones, but that is instantly doable in Androids

I think even the average users are becomming aware because of how inferior iOS is. For example, all these things I’m going to mention below are doable on any Android (no root or bootloader required) since 2015 or even older versions while iPhone cant do shit:

You have not even touched how limited iOS is compared to Android. I can list over 50 things any 2015 Android can do which iPhone 16 can’t. You basically have no control over anything in iPhone while in any Android even without rooting you control what every app access and how it’s allowed to work or at all. I was not even referring to customized OSes like graphene or calyos which give higher level of control.

Yee. No root required, neither recommended for samsung devices. In short just enable developer mode from phone settings, then debug it with adb platform to uninstall and disable any system app, and can also change lines, colors, phone behaviors, properties and look, install and uninstall apps which you could not before…and so many things.

I don’t know about the AI stuff specifically. Check your battery usage to see which process is doing that. but yes debloating in general makes your phone battery longer, and with the help of few more tricks also faster. There are thousands of no-root-required debloating tutorials online.

I literally uninstalled and disabled every AI process and app in that latest galaxy AI update, which was the whole update btw. my reasons are:

1- privacy and data sharing.

2- the battery, cpu, ram of AI bloatware running in the background 247.

3- it was chaging and doing things which I didn’t want especially in the galary photo albums and camera AI modes.

yes also including uaer apps: for example I can disable whatsapp by putting it in deep sleep and disabling its allowed network for extra measures, then it wont ring, wont update store version, wont recive calls, nor messages all while I’m online watching youtube for 2 hrs, then I can enable allow mock location and once online I’ll appear in brussel. btw I all non-rooted Androids can but Apple Users cant do any of that with their phones
