Anon learns (or perhaps doesn’t) that phone numbers belonged to other people before you got it.
Not the topic at hand but,
it seems Americans hate the idea of installing any third-party messaging apps
For me, I can talk to literally everyone I want to via the stock messaging app (iMessage in this case). I get no value from installing a second messaging app for a specific human or two.
Well his own speech is absolutely free. I’m pretty sure that’s what he meant.
absorb the oil
That’s not how that works. You’re wrecking your pipes.
Like I get it, it’s scary and I don’t want them to have my data, but my picture is being taken ALL the time basically everywhere I go. Is putting my foot down for this specific type really making a difference?
I’m gonna fall through the ceiling :(
Even beyond renting, installing a wifi camera is SO much cheaper than running Ethernet all over your house. And if you need it run through an external wall? Even more money.
And what IS my privilege internet stranger? I’m making a good faith argument on the internet that you disagree with, but I’m a stranger to you and you have no idea of what my daily life looks like or how much privilege I have or do not have.
I appreciate the disagreement, but I don’t appreciate assumptions of what kind of fucking castle I live in or how isolated I am from current events or political violence.
As a thought exercise: if he succeeded, doesn’t that only further incite the right, convince them that they are fighting the holy fight, and accelerate violence against the citizenry?
I don’t like Trump either so I get the feeling behind the message, but I don’t see any universe where a successful assassination attempt is a net positive for the country. Seems like it only furthers division and probably leads to a worse place overall.
Would love to know how I’m wrong though.
Almost certainly. The facial ID is good enough that US customs didn’t even want to see my passport. Just a photo was enough to let me back in the country. I even significantly changed my hair between departure and arrival. Shit is scary.
Call it what you want, but this requirement prevents me from buying their products too. I use no Meta services. Don’t wanna start.
They have no physical locations, so if you need that kinda stuff, it’s a bad fit. If you don’t though, you get the savings passed along in a generally better than market rate.
Ally (GMAC) offers 0.1% interest on checking accounts and 4.2% on savings accounts. No monthly or yearly management fees just for having the account. Same kind of ATM sharing you’re talking about, but they will also reimburse me $10 a month in ATM fees which is really nice because how often do you really go to an ATM?
Credit unions are nice and definitely better in some senses, but the benefits I described I’ve not seen offered by any credit unions in my area. I’m curious what sort of interest rates you get.
Big fuck cars energy over here from an American. I’ve always loved visiting a walkable city, and having that not be in the cards for me where I live frustrates me greatly.
And you just wanna be an artist.
Some multimillionaire is PISSED at your comment
Not bothering to argue about Americans fucking up on infra investment, but I am curious why you keep calling that road an “access road” and make the generalization that having 6 or more lanes inherently makes it bad. Tell me more about this, because roads with that many lanes are a daily part of life when you live in a major metro area in the US (especially in the middle of the US where land is cheaper).
Can we talk about why homeboy didn’t just pay for silver? Seems worth it IMO.
Astrobot is pretty dope. They make a number of pretty great games.
