30 is too old to date a girl, yes. Not too old to date a woman though.

I scale the weight up as I do other things, start with unloaded 30lb bar, adding 10lb for sets of 10 until I can do only 5 reps then stop. Most stuff (curls, etc) I cannot do much weight so each exercise I drop off as I cannot do, towards the end it’s literally just deadlifts, add weight, more deadlifts.
I lift weights at home (husband accumulated a set of bars and plates and dumbbells before we got together), it’s not my main workout but deadlifts are the only lift I actually honest to God enjoy. And it helps a lot with yoga.
I would think this false but my ex MIL (my kids grandma) does do that to my husband (who doesn’t care). I can’t imagine touching anyone at work without explicit permission and probably not even then. It seems so messed up.
The trick that worked for me whenever underweight (and mentally healthy enough to want to gain) was to buy a box of Triscuits crackers and a tub of hummus each week and eat it in addition to my normal diet. Somehow that was the food that provided calories, not too unhealthy but not so filling that it displaced lunch & supper.
People who can’t keep weight on often don’t realize how many meals they are skipping. You eat something, it makes you full all day, so you wait until the next day to eat, and don’t notice you didn’t eat supper! Nowadays it happens a lot because of Adderall too.
I got a new laptop at work and everything, every file I worked in, was creating a second copy of itself on OneDrive. It was so annoying and took awhile but I found instructions on deleting the duplicates.
It took all the files off my local machine and left the ones on OneDrive.
Aaaargh!
