The actual page content for /downloads/devel/ has been moved into its own template file at ./themes/newgimp/templates/downloads-development.html. If you want to edit the text of the /downloads/devel/ page, please see the above template file.
This the developers version so it probably comes with a bunch of bugs. test it and report back to the devs.
Looks like CMYK support is coming, if I read the release notes right. That has been a sticking point for a loong time.
